With a strong academic foundation and over two decades of professional experience, I have been privileged to work across the core pillars of the hospitality ecosystem — from frontline hotel operations to educational leadership and international placements.
I currently serve as the Principal at SBS Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management, where I mentor and guide future hospitality leaders, while also leading MM International as the Managing Director — a company born from my vision of giving Indian students the global exposure they truly deserve.
Since 2007, I have been handling international placements, and from 2012, I began working full-time on organizing internship programs across countries like Mauritius, Dubai, France, Newzeland, Thailand, USA, Maldives, and more, exclusively for hotel management students.
MM International was founded to create meaningful, career-enhancing global opportunities for young professionals in the hospitality industry. We are committed to ethical practices, strong international partnerships, and student-first support — every step of the way.
